Is Sweet Smile a good brand for beginners?

Yes, the range is accessible for beginners. The designs are straightforward, the controls are simple, and the price point is reasonable compared to premium brands. The Flexible Double Bullet is a good starting point if you want something low-commitment. The Thrusting & Rotating Pearl Vibrator is a step up in complexity but still manageable, just start on the lower settings.

Are Sweet Smile vibrators waterproof?

Waterproofing varies by model. Check the individual product page for the specific IPX rating before using any vibrator in water. Most modern vibrators in this range are at least splash-proof, but fully submersible and splash-proof are not the same thing, worth confirming before bath use.

What lubricant should I use with Sweet Smile toys?

Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants react with silicone toy surfaces and can cause the material to break down over time. Water-based options are safe, easy to clean up, and compatible with condoms if you're using them over the toy.

How is delivery handled, will the packaging be discreet?

All orders from Mshop.eu are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. The sender name on the label does not reference the store or its product category. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days for most Nordic destinations.

Can I return a Sweet Smile product if it's not right for me?

Mshop.eu offers a 30-day return policy. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific return, the customer service team, trained in sexology, can help you figure out the right option.
