What sizes do sexy costumes come in?

It varies by brand and style. Some costumes are sold as "one size" with a stretch fit, while others come in S/M/L or numerical sizing. Always check the specific size guide for the product you're looking at, costume lingerie sizing is not standardised across brands, and one brand's "one size" can fit quite differently from another's.

Is the packaging discreet when ordering costume lingerie?

Yes. All orders from Mshop ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. The sender information on the label does not reference the store or its products.

Can I return a costume if it doesn't fit?

Yes, Mshop has a 30-day return policy. Costumes must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. If you're unsure about sizing, our customer service team can help you pick the right option before you order.

What's the difference between a costume and regular lingerie?

Costume lingerie is designed around a specific fantasy theme, nurse, bunny, schoolgirl, maid, and so on, and usually includes accessories or details (patches, ears, collars) that make the theme explicit. Regular lingerie focuses on fit, fabric, and aesthetic without a narrative element. The line between the two is blurry, and plenty of pieces in our Panty & Bra Set or Pantyhose ranges can be styled into a costume look with the right accessories.

How do I wash costume lingerie without ruining it?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing, even gentle cycles can distort structured elements and pull apart decorative details. Lay flat to dry rather than hanging, which can stretch out the fabric. Store away from anything with hooks or rough surfaces that could snag mesh or fishnet panels.
