Is Cottelli Collection true to size?

Generally yes, but the brand uses EU sizing and the fit can vary slightly between styles. Stretch lace pieces have some give, while mesh or structured styles are less forgiving. If you're between sizes, going up is the safer choice. Check the size guide on the individual product page for measurements.

Does Cottelli Collection make lingerie for men?

Yes. Cottelli produces briefs, thongs, and bodywear designed specifically for men. Mshop carries these alongside the women's range. You can browse the full selection in the men's lingerie section.

How should I wash Cottelli lingerie?

Hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent is best for lace and mesh pieces. If you use a washing machine, put the item in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate cycle at 30°C maximum. Never tumble dry, lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colours and weaken fibres over time.

Is delivery discreet?

Yes. All orders from Mshop ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. The sender information on the label does not reference the store or its products.

What is the difference between the lingerie line and the costume line?

The core lingerie range focuses on bra sets, bodystockings, babydolls, and suspender pieces designed for regular wear and comfort. The costume line is more structured and themed, nurse, secretary, fantasy styles, and is built for shorter-term wear rather than all-day comfort. Both lines are made to a consistent quality standard, but they serve different purposes.
