Intome makes products that sit in a specific sweet spot: thoughtfully designed for everyday intimacy, not just special occasions. The range covers personal massagers, lubricants, and couples' accessories built around comfort and real use, which is probably why it keeps showing up in our bestseller lists. If you're browsing for the first time, the lubricants are a solid starting point. Mshop ships everything in a plain, anonymous box with no brand markings, and most orders reach you within one to two days. Thirty-day returns, free shipping above 69 euros, and a customer service team with actual sexology training round things out.

The brand covers a wider range than most people expect. Lubricants are probably what Intome is best known for, water-based, silicone-based, and warming formulas that are priced accessibly without cutting corners on ingredients. The textures are noticeably smooth, which matters more than most product descriptions let on.

Beyond lubes, you'll find vibrators, massage candles, delay sprays, and a handful of intimate care products. Nothing in the lineup is trying to be a flagship showpiece. These are everyday-use products, and that's the point. If you want something that lives in a bedside drawer and gets used regularly without ceremony, this brand fits that role well.

The masturbators in the range are compact and straightforward, no elaborate mechanisms, just functional sleeves that do what they're supposed to. Good for travel or as a first purchase if you're not ready to spend a lot on something more elaborate.

Honestly, the lubricants are the reason most people end up on this page. The water-based options are compatible with all toy materials and condoms, which makes them the safest default choice. They rinse off easily and don't leave residue on silicone toys, a small thing that becomes annoying fast when a lube doesn't behave.

The warming lubricants are worth trying if you haven't. The heat effect is mild rather than intense, which is actually preferable for most people, you want warmth, not a burning sensation. A few drops go further than you'd think, so don't overdo it the first time.

Silicone-based lubes from the range last longer and work well for water play, but skip them with silicone toys. That's not a brand-specific caveat, it applies to all silicone lubes everywhere. Use them with glass, metal, or ABS plastic toys instead.

If you're buying a lubricant, the main decision is water-based vs. silicone-based. Water-based works with everything and cleans up easily. Silicone-based lasts longer but has the toy-compatibility issue mentioned above. Warming or cooling variants are a matter of personal preference, there's no wrong answer, just try one and see.

For vibrators in the range, pay attention to the motor placement rather than just the shape. A vibrator that concentrates intensity at the tip behaves very differently from one with a broader, more diffuse buzz. Neither is objectively better, it depends entirely on what kind of stimulation you prefer.

The masturbators are best judged by internal texture. Tighter, more structured channels give more intense stimulation; softer, smoother ones are better for longer sessions. If you're new to sleeves, start with something mid-range in firmness rather than the most intense option available.

Most Intome products are straightforward to maintain. Lubricants just need their caps closed properly, silicone-based formulas in particular can thicken if left open. Toy cleaner or mild soap and warm water handles cleaning for the masturbators and vibrators. Let everything dry fully before storing; moisture trapped in a closed container is how mold starts, and that's a problem regardless of how expensive the product was.

Store toys away from direct sunlight and heat. TPE and TPR materials (common in budget-friendly sleeves) can degrade faster when stored in warm conditions. A fabric pouch or the original box works fine, you don't need anything elaborate.

One thing people often skip: check the battery or charge level before storing. Leaving a vibrator fully discharged for months can shorten battery life noticeably. A partial charge is better than zero.

Mshop has been selling sexual wellness products for over 40 years, which means the team has seen every product category go through multiple generations of design changes. The customer service staff have training in sexology, so if you have a question that goes beyond "which size should I pick", you'll get a real answer rather than a scripted one.

Delivery is fast, and every package ships in an unmarked box with no indication of what's inside. Returns are handled according to consumer protection law, no awkward conversations required. Free shipping applies on orders over 69 euros.

The Trustpilot score sits at 4.7 out of 5 across more than 10,000 reviews, which is harder to maintain than it sounds at that volume.

Yes, it's a reasonable starting point. The products are priced accessibly, the range isn't overwhelming, and the lubricants in particular are well-suited to first-time buyers who want something reliable without committing to a premium product. The vibrators are functional rather than feature-heavy, which can actually be an advantage if you're still figuring out what you like.

The water-based lubricants are safe with all toy materials, including silicone. The silicone-based lubricants should not be used with silicone toys, as they can degrade the material over time. If you're unsure what your toy is made from, water-based is always the safer choice.

All orders from Mshop ship in plain, anonymous packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside. The sender information on the label does not reference the nature of the contents.

Warming lubricants contain ingredients that create a mild heat sensation on contact with skin. The effect is gentle rather than intense, most people describe it as a pleasant warmth rather than anything sharp. Regular lubricants provide the same slip and comfort without the temperature effect. Which you prefer is entirely personal; there's no functional advantage to either.

Returns are handled in line with consumer protection law. Unopened products can generally be returned; hygiene regulations apply to products that have been opened and used, as is standard across the industry. If you have a specific question about a return, the Mshop customer service team can advise.
