How do I clean it?

To begin with, wow! Have another air pressure vibrator since before (satisfy) and thought they would be similar, but no. Completely different feeling. Like a completely different partner! The "mouthpiece" fits better against the clitoris, is reasonably hard but soft silicone and has pulsating pressure, strong with but not in a difficult way. Could level one come within 2-3 minutes. Also tested it with a partner and I who is usually completely silent when I come gave me a "yiii haaa!" Can only handle level one and a little two, but they can be different for everyone. I also think it feels like quality, luxurious and good shape and size if you use it during intercourse with another person + the app is heavenly fun. So, very very satisfied!
