Good to Know

Silicone-safe lubricants only. We recommend Mshop Care Lube:IT — it's water-based, doesn't degrade the material, and has the right viscosity for wand use without becoming sticky or drying out mid-session.

Clean with Pjur Med Clean Spray after each use. Spray, let it sit for 30 seconds, rinse with lukewarm water, air-dry. The silicone surface doesn't harbour bacteria, but proper cleaning extends the product's lifespan and keeps the motor housing free from moisture seepage.

Store it away from other silicone toys — silicone-on-silicone contact can cause surface degradation over time. A fabric drawstring bag works perfectly.

If you're choosing between PalmPower and a plug-in wand like the original Magic Wand, the trade-off is this: plug-in wands have unlimited runtime but tether you to a wall socket.
