I bought two wands from mshop, one several years ago and this model this spring. Side by side they are identical but the inside measurement could not be more different. The one I bought this spring is so bad that I contacted the customer support who said that the old one (which works incredibly well and is very nice) is bad / broken, sometimes the new one (weak and soft) is how the wands should work actually.
I stopped contacting support because they kept asking me to send new videos comparing the different wands.
My only conclusion is that the wand's supplier has really skimped and mshop has put on the blinders. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this.
