It is cumbersome and not at all comfortable. Painful when trying to pump the last turns. Can not even get the "fake erection" to full length. My valve was also broken.

I wish I got the true version of this product before I bought this one.
I make a lot of bad purchases but this was without a doubt the worst purchase of my life.
When you use hydromax it hurts! Oh then I do not talk about in the penis but at the opening of the pump. It sucks in something so strange that it takes in skin at the scrotum balls, it hurts and does NOT have a good result when you are done.
Your cock does NOT get bigger, do not believe the other comments, it is very cumbersome to have and deal with as you have to be in the bath all the time and it gives a bad result.
DO NOT spend money on this product! Trust me, I wish I had not.
Have used mine now for 3 years and have increased both in girth and length.

Very powerful pump.
In the first days, the swollen bodies became really swollen. They increased so much during the 15 minutes to use this that I then had to take a break completely on day 3.
