Vaginal Speculum M
Medical roleplay transforms when you introduce an instrument designed for real control. This stainless steel vaginal speculum lets you create scenarios where vulnerability and trust intersect — where one partner opens, the other explores, and both discover what happens when anticipation becomes tangible.
The two adjustment screws lock the instrument in place once opened, holding the position without effort. That sustained exposure — not just the initial opening — is what shifts medical play from novelty to genuine intensity.
Intensity & Experience Level
Medium intensity. This is not a beginner's first BDSM purchase. Using a speculum requires patience, communication, and an understanding of anatomy. The person being examined must be relaxed and aroused — tension makes insertion uncomfortable and defeats the purpose of the scene.
Recommended for couples who've explored power dynamics before and want to add clinical precision to their play. Safe-words are essential. The locked-open position creates sustained vulnerability that can become overwhelming quickly.
Material & Quality
Surgical-grade stainless steel. The material choice isn't just about aesthetics — steel is non-porous, which means bacteria can't hide in surface imperfections. It's genuinely hygienic, not just hygienic-looking.
The metal conducts temperature, which matters more than you'd expect. Body-temperature steel feels neutral. Chilled steel (run under cold water for 30 seconds) creates a sharp, focusing sensation. Warmed steel (placed in warm water, never microwaved) feels almost like skin. Temperature play turns a static instrument into something that evolves during the scene.
At 10 cm length, this is a mid-size speculum — large enough to create genuine exposure, compact enough that storage and handling stay discreet.
Fit & Adjustment
The two thumbscrews control opening width independently, which allows gradual, controlled expansion. You're not forcing anything open — you're inviting the body to accommodate, millimetre by millimetre.
No quick-release mechanism exists on this model. Unlocking requires turning both screws counterclockwise. In practice, this adds 10–15 seconds to removal. For most couples, that's not an issue — but if claustrophobia or panic is a concern, practice opening and closing it several times before incorporating it into play.
How to Use It
Apply generous water-based or silicone lubricant to the speculum's bills (the two curved sections that insert). Lubricate the vaginal opening as well. Cold metal against dry tissue is uncomfortable no matter how aroused someone is.
Insert slowly in the closed position, bills oriented horizontally (matching the natural width of the vaginal canal). Once fully inserted, rotate 90 degrees so the bills align vertically, then begin turning the screws to open.
The goal isn't maximum opening — it's the opening that creates the psychological effect you're both seeking. Some couples stop at barely-visible exposure. Others continue until the vaginal walls are visibly separated. Check in frequently. 'More?' shouldn't need a verbal answer — body language will tell you.
Once locked open, the speculum holds position hands-free. This is when the scene truly begins: visual examination, light touch with fingers or implements, ice cubes, dripped wax, directed air — the openness transforms sensations that would normally feel mild into something much more focused.
To remove: unscrew both adjustment screws until the bills close completely, rotate back to horizontal, and withdraw slowly.
Cleaning & Storage
Wash with warm water and antibacterial soap immediately after use. Stainless steel tolerates boiling (submerge for 5 minutes) if you want full sterilization between users or between vaginal and anal play.
Dry thoroughly before storage — water trapped in the screw threads can cause corrosion over time, even with stainless steel. Store in a fabric pouch or dedicated box. The metal won't degrade, but the pointed tips can scratch other items (or get scratched themselves) if tossed loose in a drawer.
Can really recommend this, really opens up the vagina to the max can be recommended when introducing slightly coarser dildos.
Very happy with the product. We have used it for doctor play. Good quality.
Very good for the price.
