Cleaning & Maintenance

The included Vacuum Cup is designed for single use — after your session, dispose of it and replace it with a new Tenga Vacuum Cup when needed. If you're using a reusable Tenga sleeve (sold separately), remove it from the Vacuum Max chamber immediately after use.

Rinse the sleeve under lukewarm water — never use soap, as it breaks down TPE and causes the material to degrade quickly. Let it air-dry completely before storing, ideally standing upright so air circulates inside. To keep the material soft and prevent it from becoming tacky, dust it lightly with cornstarch or Tenga Hole Lotion powder once it's fully dry.

Wipe down the Vacuum Max controller with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water — the motor and electronics are not waterproof. Clean the chamber interior with a slightly damp cloth if any lubricant has transferred onto it.

Lubricant

The included Vacuum Cup comes pre-lubricated, so no additional lube is needed for your first session. When using replacement sleeves, always use water-based lubricant — silicone-based or oil-based formulas will damage TPE and void compatibility with the device. We recommend Mshop Care Lube:IT, which is thick enough to maintain suction without becoming too slippery or breaking down the seal inside the chamber.
