Iker Neo delivers dual stimulation through two independent motors — one in the curved prostate tip, one in the external pad that rests against your perineum. The internal tip doesn't just vibrate: it pulses with 5 distinct rhythms that create a tapping sensation directly against the prostate. Meanwhile, the external motor rumbles through the perineum, creating waves of indirect stimulation that radiate inward.

You control all of this through manual buttons or the Svakom app. The app opens up interactive modes: sync vibrations to music, let a partner control intensity remotely, or connect to interactive videos and live cams via FeelConnect 3. A memory function recalls your last-used setting, so you can pick up exactly where you left off.

The flexible shaft bends gently with your anatomy. The base includes an LED light that glows during use — a visual cue that can heighten anticipation during solo sessions or add a visual element during partnered play. A travel lock prevents accidental activation.

Size & Experience Level

Intermediate. The insertable section measures approximately 10 cm with a tapered, curved profile designed to reach the prostate. The ergonomic shape and flexibility make insertion manageable, but first-time anal users may find the internal pulsing sensation intense initially. Material & Feel

Made from liquid silicone — a premium grade that feels soft, slightly matte, and warms to body temperature quickly. The material has enough give to flex with movement but holds its shape during insertion. The surface has very low drag, which helps during positioning but means you'll need lubricant throughout use (anal tissue doesn't self-lubricate).

Fully waterproof, so you can use it in the shower or bath. The silicone is non-porous, which means bacteria can't penetrate the surface — critical for anal toys.

Safety

Iker Neo has a wide, flared base that sits outside the body. This design ensures the toy stays exactly where you place it — the flared shape prevents any risk of the toy slipping too far internally. The flexible shaft won't cause discomfort if you shift position or move during use.

The pulsing function is concentrated in the tip. If the tapping sensation feels too direct at first, try starting with the standard vibration modes and introducing the pulsing rhythms gradually as you become accustomed to the feeling.

Lubricant

Use water-based lubricant generously. Anal tissue doesn't produce natural lubrication, so thorough application on both the toy and around the opening is essential for comfortable insertion and movement. Reapply as needed during longer sessions — water-based formulas can absorb into skin over time.

Avoid silicone-based lubricants. They can degrade the liquid silicone material, causing surface damage that's difficult to clean and can harbour bacteria.

Cleaning

Wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after use. Pay attention to the seam where the silicone meets the charging port cover. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated toy cleaner. Because the toy is waterproof, you can rinse it thoroughly without worrying about damaging internal electronics.

Let it air-dry completely before storing. The toy comes with a storage pouch — use it to keep the silicone surface protected from dust and lint between uses.

Charge via the included USB cable. A full charge provides approximately 60 minutes of use, depending on intensity settings and whether you're using vibration, pulsing, or both simultaneously.
