With that said, I would not say that the very feeling inside the vagina is particularly realistic, but it is not a doll. A real vagina squeezes, changes shape and is very hot, which a doll can not emulate.
In order for it to be a good experience in general, a small amount of lubricant is required, absolutely no more than necessary - because then all friction and feeling disappears. Then you need to heat up basically the whole doll with e.g. a hair blow, otherwise you get a very cold snot when you penetrate.
It is preferable to place it close to an element for an hour so that it gets warm in the middle.
