PowerUp Penis Pump
The PowerUp is a manual penis pump built around a single practical advantage: you see exactly what's happening. The transparent cylinder lets you watch the engorgement in real-time, while measurement markings along the side track your progress in both centimeters and millimeters. The hand bulb gives you direct control over pressure — squeeze gently to build suction, release the valve to stop. No batteries, no motors, no learning curve. Apply a water-based lubricant to the opening, slide yourself in, and start pumping.
This is a straightforward tool for temporary enlargement and erection support. The manual mechanism means you control the pace completely, making it easier to stop before discomfort and adjust pressure to your tolerance. The bulb design is forgiving for beginners — there's no risk of over-pumping with a single aggressive squeeze.
Will You Fit?
The cylinder has an internal diameter of 5.7 cm and an internal length of 20 cm. To check diameter fit: compare 5.7 cm to the width of a standard soda can (roughly 6 cm) — you need some clearance for blood expansion during pumping. If you're significantly wider than 5 cm when fully erect, you'll feel restricted. For length, most users fit comfortably within 20 cm, but if you're longer, the base seal will sit lower on the shaft rather than flush against the pubic area.
The opening is rigid plastic, so fit matters. If you're between sizes, a slightly larger cylinder is better — too tight restricts blood flow and defeats the purpose.
How It Works
Vacuum pressure draws blood into the penile tissue, causing temporary engorgement. Squeeze the rubber bulb repeatedly to create suction inside the cylinder. As air evacuates, blood rushes in to fill the expanding tissue. The effect is immediate — you'll see swelling within the first few pumps. Release the quick-release valve at any point to equalize pressure and stop the suction.
The transparent design isn't just visual feedback — it's a safety feature. You can monitor skin color and tissue response. If you see darkening or small red spots (petechiae), you've gone too far. Stop, release pressure, and wait 24 hours before trying again with less intensity.
Pressure & Control
Manual pumps don't include a pressure gauge, so you rely on sensation and visual cues. Start with 5-8 gentle squeezes, then pause for 30 seconds to let the tissue adjust. Add pressure gradually — the goal is a firm, engorged feeling, not pain or numbness. If you lose sensation or feel sharp discomfort, release the valve immediately.
The bulb mechanism is slow by design. It prevents the sudden pressure spikes that can cause bruising with poorly designed automatic pumps. Each squeeze adds incremental suction, giving you time to assess comfort before continuing. The quick-release valve — a small button or lever near the hose connection — equalizes pressure in under two seconds.
What to Expect
Temporary engorgement lasts 15-30 minutes after pumping, sometimes up to an hour. You'll appear larger and feel firmer during this window — it's not a permanent change. For erection support, some users apply a penis ring immediately after pumping to maintain the blood volume while the vacuum effect fades. This extends firmness for intercourse or solo use.
Consistency matters for any long-term tissue conditioning. Daily 10-15 minute sessions over several weeks can improve your ability to achieve and maintain natural erections, but results vary significantly. Don't pump longer than 15 minutes per session — extended vacuum exposure can damage capillaries and cause fluid buildup under the skin.
The measurement markings are useful for tracking session-to-session changes, but don't expect dramatic overnight growth. A 0.5-1 cm temporary increase is typical for beginners. Experienced users with conditioned tissue may see 1-2 cm during peak engorgement.
Maintenance & Safety
Wash the cylinder with warm water and mild soap after every session. Moisture trapped inside the tube creates a breeding ground for bacteria, especially if residual lubricant remains. Dry thoroughly before storing — a damp cloth or paper towel inside the cylinder helps absorb remaining moisture.
The rubber bulb and hose degrade over time with repeated use. Check for cracks or air leaks every few months — if you're squeezing without building suction, the seal is compromised. Replacement bulbs are available separately, though at this price point many users simply replace the entire unit.
Never pump if you're taking blood thinners, have a clotting disorder, or experience unexplained bruising. Stop immediately if you see blistering, prolonged numbness, or darkening that doesn't fade within an hour. Over-pumping causes more harm than benefit — aggressive suction damages tissue rather than conditioning it.
How to use a Proffessionals Power PenisPump 25 cm?
It may at first seem a little difficult to use a penis pump, but it is actually very, very easy to use a Proffessionals Power PenisPump 25 cm when you get to try it.
Begin by placing the tube of the pump over the ding penis. You can use a good lubricant to avoid irritation from the tube itself. Then turn on the pump (if automatic) or use the hand pump to remove air in the pipe and create a vacuum.
This vacuum makes your penis bigger and provides a blood flow that gives you a much stronger erection. It now only takes a few minutes for you to achieve a powerful erection.
Should you also use a penis ring?
A penis ring is made to help maintain your erection by restricting blood flow from that penis.
When you have achieved a powerful erection, you can place a cock ring around the root of your penis - this will help create the powerful erection.
What other advantages are there to a penis pump like Proffessionals Power PenisPump 25 cm?
A penis pump is usually much cheaper in the long term than other treatments and erection-promoting agents, since it can be used many times without extra costs.

Would be good if it had been 22-23 cm
Leaking air out of every single joint, the black pump ball is too soft and can not hold a vacuum as it is too soft even if the joints have been sealed.
Bought this a few months ago. The air leaks out, soft ball, the hose is squeezed right at the top and does not sit completely tight, which causes air to leak out. The price shows its quality, but not everything
I would never recommend this to anyone I know. Very poor suction, pressure and that the sealing ring broke after about 3 times

In the beginning, it was good. But after a few uses, the rubber starts to jump, then it becomes completely uncomfortable! I do not recommend it.
Good length.
Sometimes it sucks in a scrotum so it becomes uncomfortable.
If the rubber bushing is placed just under the glans with the foreskin, it sucks in place.
The suction from the pump is uneven.
The plop on the pump is pressed off sometimes, so you have to go and look for it. No pump function without that plop.
