Cock Cage The Captive
The Captive is designed for restriction, not comfort. The cage holds close enough to prevent a full erection, keeping you visible and vulnerable through the narrow steel bars. Every attempt registers visibly — a physical reminder of surrender that invites teasing touch without relief.
The open-bar construction allows airflow and makes hygiene manageable during wear, while the stainless steel can be cooled under cold water or gently warmed before locking for added sensation. The padlock includes two keys — one for you, one for the keyholder.
This is a restrictive device. The 3.5 cm inner diameter accommodates a flaccid circumference up to approximately 11 cm, but fit is individual. If you're between sizes or unsure, measure carefully before committing to extended wear.
Size & Fit
The Captive uses a two-ring system. The larger base ring sits behind the testicles with an outer diameter of 6.3 cm and an inner diameter of 5 cm. The cage itself has an inner diameter of 3.5 cm and a length of 7 cm.
This is a tight fit. Measure your flaccid penis circumference at mid-shaft — if it exceeds 11 cm, the cage will pinch. The 7 cm length suits most, but if you're longer when flaccid, the tip will press against the end bars during movement.
The base ring must be snug enough to prevent pull-out but loose enough to allow blood flow. If your scrotum feels cold or numb, or if the ring leaves deep indentations, remove immediately and size up.
Lock & Security
The device locks with a small brass padlock that threads through the cage and base ring. Two keys are included — we recommend keeping one in a secure location separate from the keyholder.
The lock is functional but not high-security. Determined removal with bolt cutters or a hacksaw is possible, which makes this suitable for consensual power exchange rather than absolute prevention. The metal will trigger airport security scanners.
Extra keys are not available from the manufacturer, so store the spares carefully. Losing both keys means cutting the lock, which may damage the threading.
Material & Long-Term Wear
Stainless steel is body-safe for extended wear and won't corrode or tarnish with exposure to bodily fluids. The material is nickel-free, reducing the risk of allergic reaction, though individual sensitivity varies.
Steel has no give. What feels manageable for an hour can become painful after four. The rigid bars don't flex with movement, so walking, sitting, and sleeping all require adjustment. Start with short sessions — a few hours during the day — before attempting overnight wear.
The open-bar design prevents moisture buildup better than solid cages, but sweat and friction can still cause chafing at contact points. If you plan to wear this during exercise or in warm conditions, check for irritation frequently during the first few sessions.
Hygiene & Practicality
The cage allows urination while standing, though aim requires practice. The bars direct the stream downward, so sitting is more reliable initially. Shake thoroughly afterward — trapped droplets against steel are uncomfortable.
Daily hygiene is possible while wearing the device. Rinse the cage and surrounding area in the shower, using unscented soap and ensuring all residue is flushed away. The open design allows water to reach the skin, but drying takes longer. Pat gently with a towel and allow air-drying time before dressing.
Under clothing, the cage creates a visible outline through thin fabrics. Looser trousers or underwear with a pouch provide discretion, but tight jeans will show the shape and may press uncomfortably during sitting.
Cleaning
Remove the device for thorough cleaning at least every 48 hours. Wash the cage, rings, and lock with warm water and mild, unscented soap. A soft brush helps reach between the bars where skin cells and dried fluids collect.
Rinse completely — soap residue left on steel will transfer to skin and cause irritation. Dry all components fully before reassembly, especially the lock mechanism, which can seize if moisture gets inside.
Store in a dry location. Stainless steel resists rust, but the brass lock and internal pins will corrode if stored damp.

It keeps its promise, a little heavy for the unaccustomed but otherwise good!
Unfortunately, the rings rub against the skin. The distance at the lock is not very well thought out. Otherwise looks nice, but nothing you have more than a few hours.
The base ring is far too small, simply can not get on because of it. Sad that it did not come with several sizes. Should have checked it before but unfortunately did not think about it.
Not to recommend. Rubbing against the skin when arranging between cage and ring. Nothing I will use but return to previous cage.
Incredibly good, feels good and is very easy to clean without taking it off. However, the lock you get is very bad
