This is probably best suited for those who are less equipped than average. Chafing and pinching around the scrotum due to small diameter and a lot due to the thin diameter of the ring itself. The space between cage and ring once you get both rods into the fixation holes is narrow and squeezes the scrotum. And it also means that you have to count on the skin to come with it, and then we're talking pain.

Totally worthless
Totally impossible to get both scrotum and penis in this. Is reasonably normally equipped so it is 100% the design that is wrong.
