Difficult to put on, the ring very tight, but the worst thing is the pins on the cage that go into the holes around the ring. The outer ring was way too tight to have it inside my scrotum. Solved it all by having a cock ring, similar to the outer ring but with a larger dimension and which was connected to the cock cage via two thin leather straps. Became really good and I'm happy.
