Ball Crusher
This is a straightforward tool for cock and ball torture that delivers exactly what the name promises: controlled compression of the testicles through a threaded screw mechanism. Two parallel steel plates apply even pressure across the scrotum as you tighten the central screw. The design is simple, solid, and unambiguous — it's built for one purpose, and it does it effectively.
What separates this from fixed-pressure clamps is the control. You decide how much, and you can adjust mid-session. That level of precision matters when you're working with this kind of intensity.
Control Mechanism & Pressure
The threaded screw runs through the center of two 2.6 cm wide steel plates. As you turn the wingnut, the plates move closer together, compressing whatever sits between them. The mechanism is gradual — several full rotations to go from open to closed — which gives you fine control over the pressure.
This is a high-intensity device. The flat plates distribute force across the surface area of the scrotum, but the potential for extreme compression is real. There's no safety stop; you control the upper limit.
Release is immediate: reverse the screw direction and the plates separate. No fumbling with clasps or springs under stress. In a scene where quick release matters, this mechanical simplicity is an advantage.
Material & Safety
Constructed entirely from stainless steel. The surface is smooth with no sharp edges along the plate contact areas, but this is industrial-grade steel — it conducts temperature quickly. If it's been sitting in a cold room, you'll feel it immediately against genital tissue.
Stainless steel is non-porous, hygienic, and sterilizable. It won't degrade, corrode, or absorb fluids. The weight (430 grams) is substantial — this isn't a toy that disappears during wear. You'll feel the mass pulling downward, adding a constant gravitational element to the compression.
The screw threads are exposed. Keep pubic hair clear of the mechanism to avoid painful catches during adjustment.
For Whom & Experience Level
This is for experienced CBT practitioners who understand their limits and know how to communicate them. The intensity potential here is significant — this is not a device for exploring whether you enjoy ball torture. It's for people who already know they do.
If you're using this on a partner, you need established trust, clear safewords, and the discipline to check in frequently. Compression of the testicles can cause nausea, sharp pain, or delayed discomfort that builds after release. The person wearing this needs to be able to signal immediately if something feels wrong.
Solo use is possible but requires extra caution. You're operating the mechanism and monitoring your own body's signals simultaneously.
How to Use Safely
Start with the screw fully open. Position the testicles between the plates — the scrotum should sit centered, with the testicles not touching the screw shaft itself. Begin tightening slowly, one quarter-turn at a time. Check in after each adjustment.
Watch for these warning signs: numbness, sharp stabbing pain (versus the dull ache of pressure), color change in the scrotum (darkening, purple hue), or nausea. Any of these means release immediately.
Establish a safeword or non-verbal signal before beginning. In this kind of play, "stop" doesn't always mean stop — you need an unambiguous signal.
Never leave someone unattended while clamped. Tissue damage from compression can happen faster than you think. Sessions should be measured in minutes, not hours.
After release, some residual soreness is normal. Prolonged pain, swelling, or bruising that worsens over hours requires medical attention.
Cleaning
Wash with warm water and antibacterial soap after each use. The smooth steel surfaces clean easily, but check the screw threads for any trapped material. You can sterilize this fully — boil it, use a 10% bleach solution, or run it through an autoclave if you have access to one. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots. Store with the screw loosened to avoid thread compression over time.
