Cleaning & Maintenance

Remove the sleeve from The Handy immediately after use. Rinse thoroughly under warm running water, turning it inside out to reach all the textured ridges and nubs. Use a small amount of mild, unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner — work it gently into the textured areas with your fingers. Rinse again until the water runs completely clear and there's no slippery residue. Never use harsh soaps, alcohol-based cleaners, or dishwashing liquid — they will dry out the silicone and shorten the sleeve's lifespan. Allow the sleeve to air-dry completely on a clean towel before storing it. Store in a dry, dust-free place — a fabric pouch or dedicated storage bag works well. If the silicone starts to feel slightly sticky over time, a light dusting with pure cornstarch (not talc) will restore the surface texture. With proper care, the Gen 2 sleeve should last 6–12 months depending on frequency of use.

Lubricant

Water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants will bond with the sleeve material and cause it to break down — this damage is permanent and not covered by warranty. Apply lubricant generously to both the inside of the sleeve and yourself before use. The textured interior will distribute the lubricant as the session begins, but don't be shy with the initial application — more is better. Reapply as needed if you notice any drag or friction during longer sessions.
