Practical

Supplied in a 250 ml pump bottle, which makes one-handed application easy when you're already connected to your electro unit. Apply generously to both the electrode contact points and your skin — good coverage improves conductivity. Reapply as needed if you notice the sensations becoming less defined, which usually means the lubricant layer has thinned.

Store at room temperature. Clean any residue from electrodes after use to prevent buildup that can reduce contact quality over time.
