For reasons of hygiene, we do not refund underwear if the packaging is broken. By underwear is meant all clothing items that are worn on the lower body, i.e. panties, pantyhose, bodystockings and the like. Tops such as negligees, bras and dresses must be tried on and sent back if this happens in the same condition as received and in the same packaging in which they were delivered.
Really nice that the panties could be adjusted with straps / buckles in the back. Too bad the "labels" were almost bigger than the garments. Just to cut.
