With adjustable straps, this body harness is regulated by how tight they should sit around the waist and around the buttocks. The adjustment is made by tightening or releasing the straps through the buckle. The buckles are made of plastic, are discreet and do not attract too much attention. The lower straps go between the legs, under the buttocks and fasten again in the waist strap, at the hip bones. The triangular plate where the ring is attached provides support for dildos, the ring is attached in front of the plate with push buttons. It comes with two rubber rings so you can choose which ring is best for the dildo you want to attach.

Got with two different rubber rings and not a metal ring as in the picture, probably works for most dildos :-)
It says that it fits an inseam measurement of up to 140 cm. I'm 145 cm around the butt, I bought it anyway and hoped it would fit even if it was tight. To my delight, I have plenty of room and can tighten the straps quite well so it fits like a charm!
The rings are easy to replace and it is relatively easy to get any dildo there.
