How often do the campaign deals change?

The offers rotate regularly, some run for a limited time, others stay up until stock runs out. There's no fixed schedule, so if you see something you want, it's worth buying sooner rather than later. Checking back every week or two is a reasonable habit if you're waiting for a specific category to come up.

Are campaign products the same quality as full-price items?

Yes. The products in the campaigns section are the same items sold at full price elsewhere on the site, same materials, same warranty, same everything. A reduced price here reflects a promotional decision, not a quality downgrade. You can check the full product description on each item's page to confirm specs before buying.

Is shipping discreet on sale orders?

Completely. Every order from Mshop ships in plain, anonymous packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. This applies to all orders, including anything bought through the campaigns or sale pages.

Can I return a product bought on campaign?

Yes, the standard 30-day return policy applies to campaign purchases. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within that window. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned, this is standard across the industry and applies regardless of whether the item was bought at full price or on offer.

What brands appear most often in the campaigns?

Fun Factory products come up frequently, and you'll also see offers from Satisfyer, We-Vibe, Womanizer, Lovense, and Fleshlight at various points. The mix changes, but premium brands do appear, it's not just entry-level products that get discounted.

Mshop's campaign deals are where we actually tell people to start browsing, because the discounts here aren't the usual clearance leftovers. You'll find full-price bestsellers from Satisfyer, We-Vibe, Womanizer, and Lovense marked down alongside lubricants, condoms, and lingerie worth picking up while the price holds. Everything ships in a plain, anonymous box with no hint of what's inside, and orders over 69 euros go out free. Delivery lands within 1-2 days across the Nordics. Our sexology-trained customer service team is on hand if you have questions, and you've got 30 days to return anything that doesn't work for you. Check back often. These offers rotate.
