Pjur Superhero Ultimate is a delay spray that reduces sensitivity without numbing you completely. Instead of synthetic anaesthetics like lidocaine or benzocaine, it uses a plant-based active complex — paracress extract, witch hazel, millet seed and peppermint — that desensitizes gradually.
