The Tension Lover 2 is a dual-channel e-stim powerbox designed for users who want precise control over electrical stimulation. The device offers seven stimulation programs ranging from soft, fluttering sensations to powerful contractions, plus three dedicated training programs including pelvic floor exercises. The large backlit display shows your settings clearly, and the programmable timer runs from 5 to 90 minutes or continuous play. A travel lock prevents accidental activation when stored.

The self-adhesive pads are designed for external body use — thighs, buttocks, lower abdomen, chest (below the nipple line), or arms. Apply them to clean, dry skin for best contact. Each pad can be reused multiple times if you clean them gently with water after use and store them on their backing sheet.

Start with the included pads on your outer thighs to learn how e-stim feels on your body. Once you understand the sensation range, you can add MyStim's specialized electrodes — loops for penis stimulation, internal probes, or conductive rings — and control them through the second channel.

How the Intensity Feels

E-stim creates sensation through electrical pulses that cause muscles to contract rhythmically. The Tension Lover 2's intensity scale runs from 0 to 100 mA, but what matters is how it translates to your body:

At levels 1–10, you'll feel a barely-there tingling, like static electricity on skin. This is where everyone should start. At 15–30, the sensation becomes noticeable — a rhythmic tapping or fluttering that pulses in time with the program. Most users find their comfortable zone between 25 and 50, where the pulses create clear muscle contractions without discomfort.

Above 60, the contractions become strong and gripping. Levels 70–100 are for experienced users only and create intense, deep pulses that border on cramping if held too long. Always start at the lowest setting and increase gradually during each session — your tolerance will vary depending on placement, skin moisture, and how recently you've used it.

The seven built-in programs create different sensation patterns. Some deliver steady, wave-like pulses that build and fade. Others create staccato bursts or long, sustained contractions. The pulse width setting (50–260 µs) affects whether the sensation feels sharp and surface-level or deep and penetrating. Lower frequencies (1–30 Hz) create slow, rolling contractions. Higher frequencies (80–160 Hz) produce buzzing, vibration-like sensations.

Where You Can Use It

The self-adhesive pads work on any external muscle group below the chest: thighs, calves, buttocks, lower back, lower abdomen, or arms. Place the two pads from one channel on opposite sides of a muscle group — for example, inner and outer thigh — so the current travels between them. The sensation is strongest along the path between the pads.

For genital stimulation, you'll need specialized MyStim electrodes (sold separately). Conductive loops wrap around the penis shaft or base. Internal probes are designed for vaginal or anal use. Adhesive pads can be placed on the perineum, labia, or pubic mound. Always use conductive gel with specialized electrodes — standard water-based lubricant does not conduct electricity effectively, resulting in uneven, uncomfortable sensations.

With two independent channels, you can stimulate two body areas simultaneously. Common combinations: thigh pads on channel one while a genital electrode runs on channel two, or internal and external electrodes controlled separately so you can adjust each intensity independently.

Safety & Control

E-stim is safe when you follow clear boundaries. Never use electrical stimulation above the waist or near the heart. Do not place electrodes on the neck, head, or chest above the nipple line. The current must never travel through your torso in a way that crosses the heart.

Do not use e-stim if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or any electronic medical device. Do not use if you have a copper IUD or other metallic implant in the pelvic area. Do not use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a heart condition — consult your doctor first if any of these apply.

Only use e-stim on healthy, unbroken skin. Do not apply to areas with cuts, rashes, or irritation. Never use while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where a sudden muscle contraction could cause injury. Do not use near water or flammable materials.

If a sensation ever feels painful rather than pleasurable, stop immediately. Turn the intensity down or move the electrodes to a different position. E-stim should feel like tingling, tapping, or pulsing — never sharp, burning, or cramping pain.

The Tension Lover 2 includes a travel lock to prevent accidental activation during storage or transport. The device stores your last-used settings, so always check the intensity level before applying electrodes to your body.

Charging & Maintenance

The Tension Lover 2 charges via the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours and provides multiple sessions depending on intensity and duration. The display shows remaining battery level.

Clean the self-adhesive pads with water only after each use. Let them air-dry completely before placing them back on their storage sheet — this preserves the adhesive. Replace pads when they no longer stick reliably. Clean the powerbox casing with a lightly dampened cloth. Never submerge the unit in water or use harsh cleaners.

Store the device in a cool, dry place. Keep all components out of reach of children. Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the unit yourself — internal tampering can create safety hazards.

The unit measures 12.5 × 7 × 2.9 cm and weighs 115 grams, making it compact enough for discreet storage or travel.
