Very useful kit at the right price. The shackles are comfortable and fairly easy to put on and take off. Each buoy has a 25mm wide loop which the central device connects with locking hooks. Worked just fine but was a shame that there was nothing to put in the mouth. Had to put an old sock in her mouth so the neighbors would not hear!
Can not recommend this. The buoys are of very poor quality. The loops are too wide compared to the nylon straps so they slip and end up wrong. The only thing that seems to be decent quality is the ring in the middle, and the quick couplings. Otherwise, poorer quality.
