The Inside Feeling

The STU sleeve interior is divided into distinct zones. The entrance is tight and lined with small transverse ribs that grip immediately. This transitions into a chamber with larger, more pronounced bumps arranged in offset rows — you feel each one distinctly as you move through. The middle section tightens further and the texture becomes more chaotic, with clusters of nubs that create unpredictable sensation. The final chamber features deep longitudinal ridges that run the length of the canal, creating a gripping, almost milking sensation during withdrawal.

This isn't the gradual, wave-like build of softer sleeves. The STU is confrontational. It challenges you to maintain control when the texture is deliberately working against that goal. That's the training aspect — repeated sessions with this level of intensity teach your body to respond differently, to recognise the point of no return earlier and manage it more effectively.

The rear cap adjusts suction. Fully closed creates a vacuum effect that intensifies every texture; partially open reduces resistance and allows more airflow, making longer sessions easier. This adjustability matters during training — you can increase difficulty as your control improves.

The Material

The sleeve is made from SuperSkin, Fleshlight's proprietary material designed to mimic skin texture and warmth. It's soft to the touch but firm enough to maintain structure during use. SuperSkin warms to body temperature quickly, which enhances realism, and the material has enough give to accommodate different sizes without losing grip.

The outer case is hard plastic moulded to look like an oversized torch. It protects the sleeve during storage and provides a firm grip during use. The case is designed to be discreet — it doesn't announce its purpose if left on a shelf or packed in luggage.

Size & Handling

The sleeve sits inside the case at 25 cm total length. The internal canal is shorter, with usable depth depending on how far you compress the material. The case diameter is designed for a secure one-handed grip, with the rear cap easily accessible for suction adjustment without breaking rhythm.

The weight — 1.58 kg for the complete kit — gives it stability during use. It doesn't slide across surfaces or require constant repositioning. You can set it down and it stays put, which matters during longer sessions when grip fatigue becomes a factor.

The sleeve is removable from the case for cleaning. This separation is essential — the case never gets wet, and the sleeve can be thoroughly rinsed and dried independently.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning routine after each use:

• Remove the sleeve from the case completely
• Rinse the sleeve under warm running water, flushing through both openings to clear all residue
• Never use soap — it breaks down SuperSkin and creates a sticky surface that's impossible to fix
• Spray Fleshwash (included) inside and out, then rinse again thoroughly
• Shake out excess water and stand the sleeve upright somewhere with good airflow
• Allow 4–6 hours for complete drying — the material is thick and holds moisture

Once fully dry, apply a light coating of the included renewing powder. This restores the soft, skin-like surface and prevents the material from becoming tacky. Without powder, the sleeve will feel sticky and attract lint.

Store the sleeve back in the case only when completely dry. Any trapped moisture creates an environment for bacterial growth and will cause permanent odour that cleaning can't remove.

The case itself rarely needs cleaning — wipe the interior with a damp cloth if needed, then dry thoroughly before reinserting the sleeve.

Lubricant

Water-based lubricant only. The kit includes a starter bottle, and when that runs out, any water-based formula works. Silicone-based and oil-based lubricants will degrade SuperSkin permanently — the material will become sticky, discoloured, and lose its structure. This isn't reversible.

Apply lubricant generously to both yourself and the interior of the sleeve before each use. SuperSkin has no natural lubrication, and friction without lube will be uncomfortable and can tear the material. Reapply during longer sessions as needed.
