The Inside Feeling

Dopamine is built around variation. The canal starts tight at the entrance, then opens into a textured chamber lined with small nubs. As you move deeper, spiral ridges create a twisting sensation that alternates pressure around the shaft. The texture doesn't let up — every centimeter of the 22 cm canal has either ridges, nubs, or chambers designed to stimulate.

The tightness changes as you stroke. The entrance grips firmly, the middle section is more spacious with pronounced texture, and the deeper chambers create a pulsing effect as air gets pushed through. Twist the end cap to adjust suction — fully closed creates a strong vacuum effect that intensifies the texture. Open it slightly for easier movement with less resistance.

The Material

SuperSkin is Fleshlight's proprietary TPE blend. It's soft, stretches to accommodate different sizes, and warms quickly to body temperature. The surface has a slightly tacky feel when dry, which is why you'll need to powder it after cleaning. Once lubricated, it becomes slick and realistic.

The material is durable but requires proper care. It will tear if you use silicone-based lubricant or store it while damp. It also attracts lint and dust, so keep it in its case when not in use.

Size & Handling

The case measures 24.7 cm long, 10 cm wide, and weighs 740 grams. It's a two-handed grip during use unless you mount it (Fleshlight Shower Mount sold separately). The weight gives it stability if you're using it hands-free against a surface.

The sleeve itself can be removed from the case for cleaning. This also lets you warm just the sleeve in hot water before use, which brings it closer to body temperature and makes the material softer.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Remove the sleeve from the case immediately after use. Rinse it thoroughly with warm water — work your fingers through the entire canal to flush out any residue. Never use soap, shower gel, or household cleaners — these break down SuperSkin and cause it to become sticky or deteriorate.

For antibacterial cleaning, use Fleshlight Fleshwash. Spray it inside and outside the sleeve, let it sit for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a lint-free towel, but don't try to dry the inside completely — it needs to air dry.

Hang the sleeve open-end-down on a drying rack or lay it on a clean towel. It takes 4–6 hours to dry completely. Once fully dry, dust the entire sleeve with Fleshlight Renewing Powder (or pure cornstarch). This prevents the material from becoming tacky and keeps it soft. Powder the inside by pouring a small amount in, closing one end, and shaking.

Store the sleeve in its case only when completely dry. Moisture trapped inside encourages mold growth. If you see any discoloration or smell mustiness, it means the sleeve wasn't dried properly.

Lubricant

Use only water-based lubricant. Silicone-based or oil-based lubes will permanently damage SuperSkin. Fleshlube Water is formulated specifically for Fleshlight products — it's thick enough to last through a session without constant reapplication, and it rinses out easily.

Apply lubricant to both the sleeve opening and yourself. The Dopamine texture has a lot of surface area, so it absorbs lube faster than smooth sleeves. Keep the bottle nearby for top-ups mid-session.

If you want a warmer sensation, you can pre-warm the lube by running the bottle under hot water, or use a sleeve warmer to heat the entire sleeve to body temperature before adding lubricant.
