3. Payment

We offer four different payment methods, so you can find something you are comfortable with! We always work with large and reliable players so that you can be as safe as possible when you pay something with us.

You can choose to pay your order quickly and securely with card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.

When you choose to pay by card you will come to a secure page at DIBS where you enter your card details. DIBS is the largest in the Nordic countries in credit card management - and your data is of course completely protected!

We payfor the usual card fee that is often added to card purchases - so you avoid extra costs.

4. Ordering

After ordering goods at Mshop you will receive an order confirmation by mail. The confirmation is your proof that the order has been received and accepted. The correct email address must be entered in order for you to receive it.

The order confirmation contains information about the goods ordered, the payment method chosen and the total cost incl. Delivery.

5. Delivery

Vwe use a unit shipping which is always 9 Euros. Orders placed before 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same day. The delivery time is usually within 1-5 working days. The goods are always shipped with DHL and are both insured and traceable.

Responsibility for goods purchased from Mshop passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery - with reservation for errors, sold out and expired goods.

You can choose to receive an SMS notification of your package, instead of traditional letter notification, when your package is available from your agent. You choose this at the time of payment. The SMS indicates the sender, name and address of your agent, as well as a four-digit number you need to retrieve your package.

5.2 Refusal to receive package

In case of non-delivery of packages, the customer is charged Euro 25 for return handling.

6. Warranty

All products sold in our online store are sold in accordance with Swedish law. If you have received a defective item and have checked this function, please contact us at Customerservice@mshop.eu. You can respond to the order confirmation you received from us. Make sure the email contains your name, address and order number for the fastest handling of the case. Then indicate which product is the case and describe the defect - it is of course possible to attach pictures if you feel it is necessary. We will then contact you with further notice as soon as we have handled your case. Do not return a complaint until you have received a response from us.

7. Return Policy

When purchasing, you are entitled to return faultless goods according to the distance contract law. Notice of this must be delivered to us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery.

The following applies to us:
