For underwear, this applies to all garments worn on the lower body, ie. panties, tights, body stockings and the like. The underwear set that contains this type of garment is also excluded. Negliges, tops, bras and dresses are okay to try and then send back if they are made in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered.
